Dear Sean, not only did you do a great job on improving the performance of my PCs, but you saved me money as well by turning me on to some nice, free anti-virus and anti-spyware programs that do a better job than similar programs that cost $, such as Norton, McAfee and Kaspersky. I've had all three, and the free programs you installed do the same protective job without slowing down the performance. It doesn't make sense to be paying for super-fast internet with my Roadrunner Turbo, and have the anti-virus/anti-spyware programs slow down the speed of performance. I highly recommend Sean's excellent service for another reason as well. He makes house calls! This is truly a blessing! If you've ever had to disconnect your computer, lug it out to the car, lug it into the repair shop, and then repeat the whole process again, but in reverse, after it's fixed, you really appreciate in-home service. Sean, as you know I encountered the pesky "Security Tool" problem that literally embedded itself within our home pc and it became a nuisance. We were unable to load any programs. In addition it prevented us from removing any programs due to the "Security Tool" situation. Apparently although all the pop-ups alerting us that our computer was infected with just about every virus imaginable, it was only a hoax in an attempt to extort moneys so that they could release (Security Tool) the computer lock it put on our pc. I checked around and every computer repair person was charging high figures to cure ones computer. What I liked about your ad was that you openly set your rates for everyone to see. You responded promptly as agreed and you did an outstanding job. As a result our computer is free again from viruses, and even faster than before. You installed a free virus security program for us and as a result we no longer deal with advertisements which usually cluttered our screen. We appreciate your help and will spread the word. Dear Sean, I have just alerted all my friends that my computer is again working. Never did I realize how addicted I am to this pastime. I rely on my computer daily and when it crashed, I panicked. I contacted HP support and they recommended I purchase a new computer because mine was more than 5 years old.
